1. Capacity & volume analysis — You share order volumes, SKUs, peak periods and shipping requirements. We map warehouse capacity, pick methods and integrations.
2. Matching staff & teams — For fulfilment we set up pick teams and SLAs. For candidates we match role, schedule and experience with our Zutphen vacancies.
3. Onboarding & integrations — Webshops connect to WMS and carriers. New staff receive safety briefing, scanner training and a buddy on the floor.
4. Operational support — Pick-pack runs to plan with a fixed contact person. We monitor KPIs, returns and stock — and scale for peaks.
